2. Ordering & Payment

Payments are accepted via EFT only. Orders will only be processed once payment is verified.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery information.
TAKME HOME is not liable for delays caused by incorrect customer information.
TAKME HOME reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, duplicate, or suspicious.

3. Pricing & Availability

TAKME HOME reserves the right to update prices and correct pricing errors at any time.
In the event of an error, TAKME HOME will contact the customer to confirm the order before processing.

4. Delivery

TAKME HOME offers nationwide delivery. Estimated delivery times are guidelines only and not guaranteed.
Customers must ensure someone is available to receive items; TAKME HOME is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

5. Returns & Refunds

Governed by the Returns & Refund Policy and the CPA.
Customers may not attempt to return items that have been used, altered, or damaged.
TAKME HOME reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing refunds.
TAKME HOME may refuse refunds or exchanges if items are returned in an unsellable condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

TAKME HOME is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the CPA.
TAKME HOME is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or mishandling of products by the customer.

7. Misuse & Abuse Policy

Any attempt to exploit returns, refunds, or promotional offers may result in account suspension, order cancellation, or restriction of future purchases.
TAKME HOME reserves the right to verify claims of defective or damaged goods. Fraudulent claims may be reported to relevant authorities.
